Hoops Express Flash - Premier AAU Girls Basketball
The Chicago Hoops Express Flash (H.E.F.) basketball program located in Chicago was created to empower young athletes from 4th to 8th grade to obtain higher goals in life with a balance of strict self discipline, higher self esteem and leadership skills. H.E.F. is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.
We prepare the H.E.F. players for high school varsity basketball through a dedicated program of skills work, drill work with both individual and team training. We prepare them physically through core and plyometric training year round to accomplish their physical goals.
Our program is demanding and those athletes who graduate earn a proud distinction. Being a competitive sports organization, the program is specifically designed to be this way. At H.E.F., our belief can perhaps be best summarized as follows;

When a player graduates from our AAU basketball program, they will have many rewards including; the superiority of growth as a player, achieving their full potential and a high level of physical and mental toughness along with an unmatched skill level. Perhaps more important than these gifts are the lifetime of memories and endearing friendships.
H.E.F. has merged with Chicago Hoops Express (C.H.E.) an AAU high school program. C.H.E. is recognized as one of the premier AAU programs in the country. It’s founder and program director, Jerald Davis, is well respected and considered one of the finest coaches in the country. Many Hoops Express Flash top players who graduate may move on and play for C.H.E. and Jerald Davis starting in 8th grade.
